Host was unfriendly and unhelpful when we asked her questions. The wait staff was some what more helpful but asked us to leave after 2 hours. We literally just got doe. With dinner for about 10-15 minutes. For the price you pay per dish you are not even allow to sit and chat for a bit at dinner. If they have a table time limit then it should have been clearly stated when we book. We have 10 people in our party not just 2. It should have given a longer allowance foe dining .

This place was beautiful so we expected great things. But the food and service didn't match. First the booth chairs are too low for the table. So you basically are sitting lower than the people sitting on chairs. The service was poor. Our server was anxiously hurried and didn't really explain specials or what the menu was about. . She was wearing latex gloves for some reason and wasn't friendly at all. She took our order and disappeared. We ordered the Peking duck. $90 so we expected the real experience where there is the wh... read more

Food was not good. Faculty was worn down. Bathrooms unclean and we were there early before dinner rush. We will not return. On the bright side, Hostess and servers were polite and prompt.

We arrived right on time at opening for our reservation but they sat us 15 minutes late. We were only there and hour and had pre-ordered the duck and when the bill came they asked us if we could leave quickly.

Surprisingly mediocre. Peking duck and appetizer execution was outstanding, but as a nice dinner experience, everything felt rushed. Given how lucky we are to have such a great selection of Chinese restaurants in the Seattle metro area, there are simply much better options at much better prices. Stick to the smaller joints.

Feeling Slighted. The food was decent but didn’t feel the quality for the cost.

Expectations were high based on prices & location. some dishes better than others. Soup was lukewarm. Seafood noodle dish too salty, chow fun was better. Disappointed when compared to other pricey Bellevue Chinese restsurant.

Very disappointing as they were out of the two main entrees we planned in ordering, as well as one of the veggie dishes. Had to go with lobster dish which was most expensive item on menu-figures! Have had much better tasting black cod but thought it would be great in Seattle, so anxious to try. Extremely overpriced for average food and we’ve traveled the world eating in high-end Chinese restaurants getting what we paid for but not here

Though we had reservations, we were given seats over in the bar. Our server messed up our order and we never got the appetizer. We had the creamy lobster and the black cod as entrees. They were both highly saturated in grease and tasted so poorly we could not finish them. Our waiter was apologetic about the appetizer, but nothing was done to remedy it since our entrees were already on the table. We were really excited about trying the restaurant, but we’re overwhelmingly disappointed.
