They were expensive but very thorough and professional.
Basement Systems took on our project when other companies only walked away and they did excellent work.
Everyone was very professional and courteous. Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. I would highly recommend their services even though the price tag is quite high.
Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. They were very professional. They also explained in details what the work consisted of step by step. If you had any problems or questions they were right there to answer any questions.

This company installed windows and a sewage system in our basement. I highly recommend them as they completed every job with a high level of skill and in a timely manner. I will definitely hire them again
