Very late delivery and never called to let me know if late.... I had to call twice. Food cold. Coleslaw hot
I was quite disappointed with my order. The chicken breast was up to par, but my hamburger sub was not. The meat itself was cold in the middle. There were no fried onions or hot peppers as advertised. I was so looking forward to this. A large waste of money. Come on Basils; you can do better than this.
They were 20 min late on the order. They forgot one of the drinks. I called twice about the order. When I called to tell them, they had forgotten a drink, all he said was sorry, we will deliver the extra drink. He quickly hung up on me on both calls. I didn't feel like they cared what I had to say. Never again will I order from here.
Ordered a combo cheese pizza and philly steak and cheese with hot peppers. They got the hot peppers but didnt add cheese. Very odd for a philly steak AND CHEESE.
The gyro that I ordered was cold and the pita bread was really bad. This place sucks big time
They sent me the wrong order. It was tasty and cost more than what I actually did order. Still... not reliable.
Will not order again
The pizza was horrible. I can’t believe they actually let it leave out the way it was.
I’ve been wanting to try Basil’s for awhile now. Finally we decided to order from them. I really wanted to love it, I mean seriously it looked delicious when we opened the box, but the pizza wasn’t cooked fully through and they were missing an order of ranch. I hope this was a one time instance, but I also don’t see myself ordering from them anytime in the near future because of this.
