Surgeon and staff very friendly, highly professional and very informative.
Dr. Basu and all of his staff go above and beyond at making patients feel comfortable and informed of their procedure. I highly recommend him to anyone considering surgery. He and his staff genuinely care about his patients.
The Patient Coordinator was very personable and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous about showing someone such a private area of my body, especially one I hate, but the Doctor and PC made me feel comfortable. I was seen right away.
My experience from the waiting room receptionist to the nurses were all outstanding. I felt comfortable and never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Basu!!
