Dr Basu and the pt coordinator made me feel that I would be in good hands and that my health/safety during the procedure and post op were priority.

I am satisfied with the new shape and the lift that the doctor gave me, but I would have liked my breasts to be a bit fuller and sit higher than they do after surgery. My new look is improved but I feel that it could be even better.

Vivian is not very thorough. She is very friendly and helpful. I just had to keep following up with her regarding my care credit payment.If someone says they will call you back and they don't return your call, its not very business-like.Thats all.
