Everyone was very nice! Very clean and on time.
Dr. Basu and his staff were extremely helpful in the whole process and gave me very honest feedback. I left the office after my consultation knowing that they were the team that I would choose for my procedure.
I need to visit with Dr. Basu again regarding the results of the surgery as far as the appearance of the breasts. One seems larger or shaped differently than the other and both are an unusual shape. I guess I just need his input. I will make an appt after the holidays.
The staff and Dr. Basu are extremely friendly. They make you feel right at home from the start. They answer all questions and concerns with great understanding, and knowledge. I have already highly recommended Dr. Basu to two friends, one who's already received information to get started. I have no regrets, and will definitely be back if I decide I want anything else!
Dr. Basu and team are wonderful. I am very happy with my results. I came in with one breast (left) higher than the other from a breast procedure performed by another doctor. I was a mess! My total experience, from initial consult to surgery to recovery to post op visits, has been incredibly uncomplicated and worry free. Dr. Basu and his staff are the utmost professionals, very competent, and very friendly. I'm very happy with my results. I have a flat tummy and my mons area is greatly improved. I have no qualms about going back to Dr. Basu for future procedures and have recommended him to family and friends.

This was a revision surgery from one performed 24 years earlier so I already had an idea of what to expect. The entire experience met or exceeded my expectations.
