Dr Basu and staff went beyond my expectations. They were all there anytime I needed them. He is a perfectionist. My results are PERFECTION.
Dr. Basu and his team are highly qualified, thorough, and very attentive. I was very nervous about getting my breast augmentation done but from the first call I made to schedule a consultation to all my post op questions I'd email to the nurse (after hours mind you) everyone has been very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I might have. I felt like my individual needs were important, that my reasons were carefully weighed and I received exactly what I wanted. I was anxious before my surgery, but my recovery was very easy. I did exactly as I was advised, and by five weeks out, I was back to my regular self. The results were even better than I anticipated. I feel beautiful, I look fantastic and I show my boobs to all my girl friends - it was worth every penny spent and the temporary post-surgery limitations.
Everyone was friendly and answered my questions. I received calls before and after procedure. My questions through email were answered the same day, and I was additionally called the same day to follow up.

I was there for a total of about 3.5 hours. I waited in the lobby after check-in a long time and in the patient room. I am not very patient when it comes to waiting for an appointment that I scheduled at a specific time. This was the only area I was disappointed with.
The doctor and staff were friendly and professional. I did not feel rushed during my consultation. I had several options with other doctors but what made me choose Dr Basu was that he did not offer or pressure me to get any other procedures besides what I was gone in for. some doctors will point out all your imperfections and tell you that u need work done and make you feel horrible when you leave the consultation.
