First let me say the salesman did not pressure us at all. Nice product, outstanding service technician, and every one was very courteous. If we ever decide to replace another shower you can be sure it will be Bath Fitters again. Thank You!
The entire process of replacing our bathtub was efficient and actually pretty easy. The person came by and had small samples of different choices and explained the process. The installation went smoothly and everything was clean when the installer left.
I had the bathtub removed and had a shower put in. We really like the shower. The installer was really nice and cleaned up after himself.
Although they do not do floor work, the rest of the bathroom was done professionally & in the done the same day. All workers were clean cut & worked hard to get the job done the same day. I have a small bathroom which might not be the case for others. But I was pleased overall with their work. I would recommend to others.
They came in and removed my old tub and surround and had a brand new one in and finished in 4 1/2 hours! The tub and surround are very sturdy and everything was done very professionally.
On time Informed every step of the project.
The installer and plumber were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I love my walk-in shower no more tripping in the tube. Thanks Bath Fitters
