David Rivera was absolutely professional and a great listener. Dwayne made the paperwork and signing very smooth. Not once did it feel as if I was being pressured. Both gentlemen were informative and kind.

I was looking for a car to buy. Since this is my first car, there were quite high requirements for the configuration. We contacted Empire Nissan where we met Sasha Shartilov. Finding a car with the desired configuration turned out to be quite difficult. It took several days. Sasha was in touch with me all this time. Could not recommend Bay Ridge Nissan and Alex enough! I brought my car in for a repair and Alex was great, he explained everything and worked with me. He kept me in the loop every step. Seriously, I’d give them 10 stars!

Had a great experience getting my SUV's brake issues fixed. Alex Munoz assisted me. Everything went smoothly. He was honest and straightforward in advising me what needs to be fixed asap and which ones are not urgent. A great guy... Highly recommended!
