My old Rogue 2013 was totaled when I lost control of the car on a black ice. I needed replacement ASAP and Bay Ridge Nissan had exactly the Rogue I wanted - SL AWD with Premium package - on the floor. I did not have to wait for delivery, I could pick it up right away, which was just great. The buying process was very smooth, thanks to Steve Miglino. Barry Rozell in the Financing was very helpful as well. Overall - very nice experience. Will be back in 3 years for my new car. Thank you everyone.

The dealership staff was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the product. Jose was awesome at finding me what I wanted and hassle free pricing. Jose helped me set up my car when it came in as well. I'm going to bring my dad in to see him in the summer when his current lease is up.

My wife and I were not happy with any one dealership For Nissan in queens we made the trip to bayrige after I saw them on true car and we were assigned Johnny Vargas As our sales rep and he was friendly and worked with our needs And budget we got more car than we ready to buy and he kept us Under budget I would recommend bayrige and Johnny Vargas 110%

Alex Ho was wonderful from start to finish. He took extra time to explain all car jargon to my mother and I. On the day of delivery he made it his business to make sure my vehicle was in perfect condition and also took extra time to explain the features of the car. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to sit with Alex. He made the transition of returning my lease car and starting anew with Nissan stress free.
