I really don’t know why ppl are complaining. We just bought new 2015 Murano with BayRigdeNissan (this was our 3rd Nissan dealer we saw) and it was the most pleasant talk/purchase ever. I came in to lease a new vehicle and met with Jose. He was very patient and professional. He provided me with all of the information I needed about the vehicle I was interested in as well as the leasing process. The color vehicle that I wanted was not in the dealer inventory, so he assured me that he would be be able to locate it and have it delivered there for me. Within a couple of days, I was back to pick up my vehicle. The process was pretty smooth.

Thanks to a very competent salesman, Rick Priestley, my experience at Bay Ridge Nissan was easily facilitated. Negotiation on an agreeable price was achieved without the usual aggravation expected at dealerships. My newly leased vehicle was available in a timely fashion as well. I would highly recommend this dealership due to the professionalism and "patience" I experienced due to having Rick as my salesman.

My old Rogue 2013 was totaled when I lost control of the car on a black ice. I needed replacement ASAP and Bay Ridge Nissan had exactly the Rogue I wanted - SL AWD with Premium package - on the floor. I did not have to wait for delivery, I could pick it up right away, which was just great. The buying process was very smooth, thanks to Steve Miglino. Barry Rozell in the Financing was very helpful as well. Overall - very nice experience. Will be back in 3 years for my new car. Thank you everyone.

The dealership staff was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the product. Jose was awesome at finding me what I wanted and hassle free pricing. Jose helped me set up my car when it came in as well. I'm going to bring my dad in to see him in the summer when his current lease is up.
