All the associates at the Bay Ridge Nissan dealership were very helpful and courteous, especially the sales associate Steve Miglino, who helped me through most of the sales process. He was very eager to help and was willing to go above and beyond what was asked of him. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone in search of a new Nissan, as the prices are fair, the associates are friendly, and the overall experience is positive.

I was not planning on buying a car the day I stepped into Bay Ridge Nissan. I was just looking around and was helped by Samantha Siew. She was very helpful and friendly, making sure that all my interests in the car were being shown from make to price,that same day I found a wonderful deal and she helped make it a very easy going experience. Coming to Bay Ridge Nissan we knew from the start that getting a finance deal would not be easy since our credit rating was not up to speed. When we could not get approved by Nissan's Finance Dept., Barry called us on the phone as well as well as Jose Navarez. It took 2 days to set up. Barry made many phone calls and worked hard with Jose Navarez and Mike, the Sales Manager, until 10:00 pm and got a deal signed through Capital Auto Finance. Initially I did not even consider Bay Ridge Nissan for my new car purchase because of previous experience with this dealership. However, their relatively recent change in operation method (May 2014) gave me a reason to give this dealership another chance, primarily because this dealership is the most convenient location for me to buy a new car. This young man rocks knows his job very well.. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. David was very friendly, I did not feel rushed he showed lots of patience. He was able to answer all my questions to the fullest. David talked me through the whole process of purchasing my pathfinder. Thank you
