Ricardo took us through the vast selection of used sedans and ensured that we sat in as many vehicles as possible to find the right car for us. Once we test drove & settled on a 2011 Altima, the one price, best price policy made the buying process stress free. Ricardo even took care of us after we purchased the car. It only came with one smart key, but he found us a second one at no charge when we mentioned we had hoped for two.

Looking for a new car. I've purchased from Bay Ridge Nissan before, but know that they have a reputation for shady business practices. Happy to see that they've seen the error of their ways and now have a strict policy which takes all the under-handed practices out of the equation. We met with Sylwia, and she was sweet, knowledgeable and totally helpful. Recommended!!

My father an I went to trade in our Altima for a pathfinder SL. We were worried we weren't going to get exactly what we wanted, but the product specialist(Craig) Was excellent an worked with us to make sure we walk away happy an with the exact car we wanted.

This is the first time my husband and I having a car. We were first contacted by Tio Sardini via email and by phone. We told Tio that we weren't sure if we wanted to buy or lease a car, and we weren't met with any annoyance or exasperation, which is amazing!
