This is the first time my husband and I having a car. We were first contacted by Tio Sardini via email and by phone. We told Tio that we weren't sure if we wanted to buy or lease a car, and we weren't met with any annoyance or exasperation, which is amazing! We spent around two weeks looking at cars within Brooklyn and Queens having little to no knowledge about the new car market. Very Friendly. I didn't feel like I was talking to a money hungry sales associate. He walked me through Everything. Gave me Ample time to look at the cars and forced me into nothing. Then step by step he walked me through all the options i had, I would definitely refer him to anyone. I am very pleased with my car.
