My father an I went to trade in our Altima for a pathfinder SL. We were worried we weren't going to get exactly what we wanted, but the product specialist(Craig) Was excellent an worked with us to make sure we walk away happy an with the exact car we wanted.

This is the first time my husband and I having a car. We were first contacted by Tio Sardini via email and by phone. We told Tio that we weren't sure if we wanted to buy or lease a car, and we weren't met with any annoyance or exasperation, which is amazing! We spent around two weeks looking at cars within Brooklyn and Queens having little to no knowledge about the new car market. My girlfriend and I have had our share of old beaters purchase outside the city, but this was the first time really sitting down with dealers (too many, frankly) and having to hunker down during negotiations and questioning every piece of paper put our way.
