We spent around two weeks looking at cars within Brooklyn and Queens having little to no knowledge about the new car market. Very Friendly. I didn't feel like I was talking to a money hungry sales associate. He walked me through Everything. Gave me Ample time to look at the cars and forced me into nothing. Then step by step he walked me through all the options i had, I would definitely refer him to anyone. I am very pleased with my car.
