Very Friendly. I didn't feel like I was talking to a money hungry sales associate. He walked me through Everything. Gave me Ample time to look at the cars and forced me into nothing. Then step by step he walked me through all the options i had, I would definitely refer him to anyone. I am very pleased with my car.

Bay Ridge Nissan will benefit more, by hiring more sales specialist like Craig Burke. He helped my family twice in the past by providing extra ordinary customer service, we were able to purchase 2012 Nissan Murano and 2010 Nissan Sentra. When it comes to shopping for a car I can say that I was expecting the worst. What I got was the very best. When we arrived we were greeted right away and introduced to David N.
