We spent around two weeks looking at cars within Brooklyn and Queens having little to no knowledge about the new car market. My girlfriend and I have had our share of old beaters purchase outside the city, but this was the first time really sitting down with dealers (too many, frankly) and having to hunker down during negotiations and questioning every piece of paper put our way. Very Friendly. I didn't feel like I was talking to a money hungry sales associate. He walked me through Everything. Gave me Ample time to look at the cars and forced me into nothing. Then step by step he walked me through all the options i had, I would definitely refer him to anyone. I am very pleased with my car.
