We went to Bay ridge Nissan to purchase a 3.5 Altima . Alex Ho was our dealer. He was very thorough , honest and friendly.He gave us a better deal for the Nissan Maxima with almost 7,000 dollars in rebates. We paid almost the same price for a Maxima ,which is a more expensive car as a 3.5 Altima . I would highly recommend Alex to anyone .Great Car , Great service , Great deal.

I came to Bayridge Nissan looking for a family car that had a lot of space and that drove good. The salesman Jose was Narvaez was the perfect person for the job. He was not pushy,not aggressive and did not push a car on us that we didn't like. He got the job done and I would love to work with him in the future!!

I came in to Bay Ridge Nissan looking for an SUV, but unsure whether to go for Murano or Pathfinder. David N. proved to be very helpful in addressing my dilemma. He gave me a great deal of info on both cars after which, we took both of them for a test drive. He answered all my questions and was very helpful at every step of the way, whether it was paperwork or anything else through out the process. Great customer service and I'm very happy with my new Murano.

Went to the Bay Ridge Nissan Service Center this morning and saw Patrick Martin, the service advisor I have been using for a long time. He is always courteous and extremely knowledgable and will try to use no one else unless he is not in that day! He is detail oriented to make sure you understand everything. Had the 7,500 mile service done to my car which was done in a timely manner, oil change, tire rotation, and a few minor other things; expected to have a longer wait. I bought a 2014 Murano S at the Bay Ridge on september 24th 2014 Nissan and I was happy how the buying process was conducted in pleasant atmosphere.At any moment I have never felt under pressure to buy any specific cars. Patient, determined, customer-oriented are a few of the words that come to mind when I think about the staff here at bay ridge nissan ...Alex was amazing in helping us find a car we loved within our budget....unless any of my future cars are gifts this is the only place I'll consider.
