i made an appointment to test drive a 2005 honda accord. my appointment was for 3pm. i was not seen for an hour and a half. i was greeted by gino and he had to go get the car (that should have been ready when i got there) it took him about 20 minutes and the car he brought out looked nothing like the picture on the site it was covered in dings dents scratches and scuffs, plus it was smoking because it had no radiator cap and the antifreeze was shooting all over the engine.I didnt get to test drive it because of the radiator ... read more

I am a no nonsense person, I know exactly what I want! Barry didnt waste my time with anything else or try to upsell me with other products once I told him what I was looking for. He took down all my information and got back to me in a couple hours with the vehicle I was looking for. Good team there. Helpful, courteous and knowledgable. Well organized and thoughtful shopping process. There was a slight issue with the navigation SIM card, but they solved it quickly.
