I came to bay ridge Nissan to buy a BMW they had at a great price. When I saw the car I was not in love. I told my sales guy what I was looking for in terms of price a and miles and he found me the best car on the lot. Hi, My wife and I had a great experience with Craig. We had an idea of the car we wanted and the price range and he was able to show us some other options in our range and ultimately helped us put us in the right car at our price. They were very helpful with getting our insurance and registration set up as well. We waited as they finished detailing the car and Craig kept us posted throughout the day so we knew exactly what was going on. It was a great experience and we will recommend to our friends.

Well, firstly my husband and I had an appointment elsewhere to see the Hyundai Sonata and Chevy Cruze, total waste of time!! In passing, we stopped in at Bay Ridge Nissan, the front desk receptionist asked if we had an appointment and although we said no she promptly got someone to assist us!
