The dealership was very freindly customer service was their top priority. Only problem there credit card machine was not working and it was kind of a hassle; but overally I had a good experience

From the minute I walked in the door Rasan was very courteous and accommodating. He was informative throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend family and friends to titis dealership. Although I didn't purchase a vehicle I received a follow up call which letting me know they are there to help when I'm ready. Great Customer Serviice.

Barry Rozell was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable both times that I met with him. My father Jorge was looking for a vehicle, We went to Bay ridge Nissan and was recommended to see a sale associate Craige. Our experience with Craige was great. He helped us get in and get out in a matter of 1 day we purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima. 1st time car purchase. Excellent experience. Denisse was exceptional at answering every question and searched for our best option in regards to monthly payments and overall purchase amount. Rasan made what me and my wife thought would be a bad experience a great one. He was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I pulled up in a cab and drove off in our own truck. If you are looking to buy a car or truck I definitely recommend that you visit Bay Ridge Nissan on 5th Ave in Brooklyn and ask for Rasan.

This was by far the best dealership experience ever for me. Rasan was friendly and fabulous. Very detailed very transparent, and very honest.
