I must say my experience yesterday at Nissan Bayridge with Sales Rep Craig Burke was fabulous! This guy had lots of patience working with me. I had lots of questions, plus I did my fair deal of research before I went in the store, knowing exactly what I wanted. He supported my decisions and only made peaceful suggestions with no force but with care, concern and quality. Ms. Denisse Abreu began the process by showing us cars in my price range. She was very friendly, cooperative & helpful. We set up an appt, but unfortunately she couldn't keep it, but she made sure that someone was assigned to assist us. The dealership was very freindly customer service was their top priority. Only problem there credit card machine was not working and it was kind of a hassle; but overally I had a good experience

From the minute I walked in the door Rasan was very courteous and accommodating. He was informative throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend family and friends to titis dealership. Although I didn't purchase a vehicle I received a follow up call which letting me know they are there to help when I'm ready. Great Customer Serviice.

Barry Rozell was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable both times that I met with him. He made the entire process of purchasing a new car as straight forward as possible, and I believe that he truly had my best interest in mind as a customer. My father Jorge was looking for a vehicle, We went to Bay ridge Nissan and was recommended to see a sale associate Craige. Our experience with Craige was great. He helped us get in and get out in a matter of 1 day we purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima. I would definitely recommend him to others because I know the experience I had, any other buyers will also have. Great Customer Service, Courteous, Friend and gets the job done. 1st time car purchase. Excellent experience. Denisse was exceptional at answering every question and searched for our best option in regards to monthly payments and overall purchase amount. She was very upfront about what would and would not be best for us based on personal criteria.
