Rasan made what me and my wife thought would be a bad experience a great one. He was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I pulled up in a cab and drove off in our own truck. If you are looking to buy a car or truck I definitely recommend that you visit Bay Ridge Nissan on 5th Ave in Brooklyn and ask for Rasan.

This was by far the best dealership experience ever for me. Rasan was friendly and fabulous. Very detailed very transparent, and very honest. Went into the Bay Ridge Nissan dealership and met with Denisse Abreu. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was happy and impressed with the level of service received. Everything was explained in detail, she checked to make sure everything was understood, and did everything possible to help me.
