This experience was great. The whole staff was very helpful. The salesman Ron Stewart kept in contact with me all through the process. They were very patient. The finance staff was also very helpful in closing the deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and I already have.

Everyone was friendly from the beginning. I used truecar.com to get a quote and these guy price matched it with a dealer in NJ. So I got the best deal on my new maxima 14. Got a good value for my trade in too. As i already knew what i wanted and with a truecar certificate i didn't have to negotiate at all, except for the Extended Warranty that can be negotiated for a lot less than what they offer at first. I went in believing that I was not going to get the deal I was looking for. I wanted a substantial decrease in my monthly payment on a car with nine more months to go on the lease. In fact I got everything I wanted. Yes, there were 2 things I had not planned on getting but having learned the joys of certain events I decided that the slight increase was worth it.. They delivered the car to me with the equipment discussed and the experience was very good for me.

They showed me several models and explained the differences and what model will best suit my needs. When I left I felt confident I made the right decision in my purchase. It's a week since I purchased my new Nissan Sentra and I am enjoying it and am glad I made the choice to visit Bay Ridge Nissan. :)
