I been living here for not that long but so far so good, the staff on the office are very nice and helpful I have call them a couple times for small things that need to be fix at the aparment and they send someone to fix it the same day the place is quiet if I have to say something that I don’t like is gonna be that I have to pay if any of the visitors come after 6pm then I have to register the car and they charge $5.00 per car per night

There is never any hot water, didn’t get notice for water being turned off am currently with no hot water

Don't tow your new residents car before you give them their parking passes. Which should have been given to us when we moved in
