I been in this property for almost one year My experience with the staff in the office is been the best, everyone is very educated helpful and always trying to help with a smile in their face I have call them couple times for some maintenance issues and they came the same day and fix the problem Rent is affordable I pay electricity and water to them too and the bill is very low I have two bedrooms apartment and I haven’t pay more than 60 a month Is close to the freeway and the lake so the location is really good We have ... read more
We had a problem with our blinds. I called in a maintenance order, maintenance showed up and took care of the problem. Thank you! Some of us truly enjoy living here.
After finding a leak in the kitchen, I called in for maintenance. You contacted maintenance, they came shortly and took care of the situation. Thank you.
Thanks for fixing all my electrical problems but these apartments definitely need an upgrade.
