I feel like my leasing day vs. my move-in was night and day. The day I leased you all were top-notch. I am now recognizing that was because of the owner/corporate being in the office. Customer service was great and I felt heard. A few days and several thousand dollars later on move-in day, I was met with a staff uncomfortably arguing in front of several future and current residents, information was not given, and just an overall different environment. If there's a roof leak on Friday and water is entering the apartment, leaking on my furnishings and drywall, and rug and you offer NO assistance until Monday, THAT did NOT meet my expectations. When maintenance arrived, checked it out, came back and said he'd return in 5 minutes and I never saw him again, nor even KNOW if anything was worked on, fixed, etc., that DID NOT meet my expectations. Sadly disappointed.
Pest control needed asap
Everytime I put a work request in, it gets ignored and I have to remind them repeatedly. I had the property manager come out to look at damage from a roof leak and was told it would be fixed immediately.....That was 3 months ago.
They don’t do anything. They don’t take care of the yard trash everywhere the rules aren’t enforced everyone does whatever they want and trashes the place. There’s no community. It’s expensive for no reason. Hot Waters always off, bug infestations because the grass doesn’t get treated. Poor environment. All y’all care about is a paycheck. Can’t even upload peoples rents at appropriate times. You always upload late and leave the renter almost late to pay bills unless they physically walk in which i work 9-5 so I don’t have ti... read more
