Ive lived in the same unit Bayshore 132 for 13 years. Automatic rent payment, so never been late with it. I made this my home and I loved it very much, despite conditions that can only be described as derelict. One day my ceiling caved in due to some unknown leak and I was moved into a 500sq ft “efficiency” with the SAME RATE as my 1000sq ft home with a lake view and ordered to vacate. Had no choice but to sign a lease due to the timeline I was given. My life is a living hell ever since. thanks for nothing

Worst place I have ever lived. Dont to it. Dont trust good reviews from this site they pay for them. Look on google instead.
