We have stayed at the Hampton Place property, Palmetto Dunes Hilton Head SC, for several years. And the condo is very nice, 5th floor with a great unobstructed ocean view. the Beach Properties staff are very prompt with delivery of documents and with any concerns [eg the pool was being painted one year and they guided us to the one next door]. Great company.
We stayed 10 days in Seacrest condo number ****. The pride in ownership was evident with the attention to detail! Three spacious bedrooms and three big bathrooms! Two of the bedrooms are suites with newly renovated walk in showers and double vanities! New furniture, and artwork with beach motifs! Dining table that seats 6+ barstools at the kitchen counter! Gorgeous views of the beach, pool and lagoons! And convenient to have Pool Bar Jim’s right on the beach! Definitely 5 stars!
We have just returned from a wonderful vacation on HHI. This was the ninth time that we have used Beach Properties for our vacation home rental in Palmetto Dunes. The homes that we have rented are all dog friendly. They have been very clean, kitchens have been well equipped, beds comfortable and outdoors well maintained. Any minor issues that needed addressing (eg outdoor light bulbs needing replacing) were answered promptly and the property manager always followed up to be sure we were satisfied. Beach Properties of Hilton Head did a great job in helping us with our reservation at **************. They left some gifts in the room for us and even called once we arrived to make sure everything was good. They also called again with departure instructions, much appreciated.

We have used Beach Properties for many years for our vacation rentals at Hilton Head Island. They are an excellent agency to work with, and have made check in and check out very easy. Any issues we have had, have been handled very quickly. We stayed at ************ II, and loved the 5th floor two bedroom unit. Very comfortable furnishings and appliances were fairly new. I would recommend this unit for two couples or a family. Thank you for another beautiful vacation!
101 Barrington Arms was a wonderful condo! Very nicely updated. The lighting was good, especially in the bathrooms, where that doesnt always occur. The bed was comfortable, kitchen stocked very well. We were a little concerned about a first floor unit being over the garage, but there was no noise whatsoever. Being an end unit was great, the view was beautiful- we watched an alligator in the lagoon from the balcony. The condo was very clean- much appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again & I highly recommend this unit!
