We rented 472 Captains Walk in early May. The unit was recently updated and beautiful. Everything was very clean, we had ample towels and starter packs of soap, dishwasher, trash bags. Dealing with Beach Properties for setting up rental, getting door codes, parking passes, etc is very easy. We have rented this unit before and dealt with Beach Properties before but this time was even better than in the past. Cant wait to go back again!
My wife and I rented a Beach Properties managed condo in ************** in early May. We have used their service for several years, and we have consistently found them to be reliable. i usually use the online reservation service, and it works well. I receive email confirmation of the reservation, and ongoing emails about the upcoming stay. A package is mailed with car passes, door codes, and other needed information two weeks before the stay. We have rented from Beach Properties for several years and have never been disappointed. Our villa was just as advertised on Beach Properties webpage. The reservation and rental agreement process are very simple and transparent. Their rates are consistent with the area, and so is the quality of the grounds, amenities, and villa interior. Condo! was very nice -clean and well equipped. Property was beautiful with pool, hot tub and bar. Very nice place to stay!
My husband and I throughly enjoyed our 6 day stay in April at *******************. We really enjoyed relaxing in the morning having coffee together on our porch/deck overlooking a lovely lagoon with a fountain. It was nice to see so many other guests on their porches relaxing as well.
