We have used Beach Properties as our rental company for Hilton Head Island vacations for many many years. The process for renting a property is simple and smooth. The timeline for payments is laid out clearly. Check in is smooth and simple. Our check in package package always arrives well before our trip. We have occasionally had maintenance problems in a condo and they have been quick to respond, send friendly and well prepared workers to solve the problem and then check back to make sure everything is OK. Worry-free vacation. They were great to deal with, responsive and professional. Our unit was very clean and there was a lot of information provided for us including an ***** to ask questions. We stayed at 181 Beachwalk and the unit was just as advertised. They made the checking in and checking out process easy. Dealing with them and payment along with signing the contract was also easy. Would use them again without hesitation.

So not discounting the serious problems encountered by other customers, our experience was the opposite. We found a good value house with pool in the Palmetto Dunes resort. As described, it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The place was clean, beautifully furnished. The pool was perfect - small but clean and we had it heated (we were there end of October, 2021). There was a net to clean the pool of leaves, which typically fell overnight, but otherwise the pool, deck, pool chairs and loungers were all in good condition. The ... read more
