This was our first time visiting this property. However we do visit Hilton Head almost every year in October! This unit was on the first floor, but it was situated to allow ocean views which my wife loved. The unit was well decorated and very clean. A good supply of both bed linens and towels were supplied to each bedroom (also the fold out couch)! We enjoyed the nightly views of the incoming boats and the early morning sunrises. Only issue we had was a clogged kitchen sink that was cleard the following morning. ************... read more
Very smooth and easy check in and check out process. Unit was clean and nicely appointed. Special touches by Beach Properties made our stay very enjoyable.
********************************** is a beautiful modern home. Five minute walk to the beach.Plenty of common space and private space too. Recommend you heat the pool if you intend to use it. Yard is shady. Comfortable seating and plenty of it, good beds. Two refrigerators and working grill. We had 15 for the week and had plenty of space. Some beach toys and boogie boards in lower level as well as ping pong. Would rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay at 25 Wildwood in Sea Pines October 5th-10th. The house was updated, nicely decorated, well appointed and very clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds weve ever slept in at a rental. We loved having our dog with us, and she absolutely loved being there and enjoying the beach. This is the 2nd consecutive year weve used Beach Properties of HHI. I have absolutely no complaints, and we are already planning our visit for next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
This property was head and shoulders above any other property Ive experienced in my 37 years of vacationing at Hilton Head. There are several reasons why I list this at the top, Ill only name a few. Firstly, all three bedrooms, have access to a balcony, facing a breathtaking view, of the ocean.
