We've stayed at probably 10 different condos over the years at **************** and felt this one was ranked up there with the best. We appreciated the hard floors throughout since we had a family member with a scooter (yay for no carpet). Furnishings were tasteful and everything was clean. My only suggestion would be a few boogie boards for the beach and a Keurig. Will definitely go back. Second year staying at this property. This year, we upgraded to oceanfront. It was well worth it! We loved the views and sounds of the ocean. Two suggestions:1. I would love to have a couple of beach chairs provided to take to the beach. 2. For the patio of the main bedroom, a pair of reclining patio chairs instead of table and chairs would be wonderful. Imagining a nap on the patio. We have already booked for next year!
I went to Shipyard last year with Beach Properties but as they no longer were at this location, I decided to go with Sea Pines. Beach Properties are the BEST and I would only book with this company. I loved this villa. Fabulous location. I actually love the sound side more than ocean. Great bike route. I vacation alone and felt very safe. The booking agent told me lots of great info. Hilton Head vacations for almost 20 years now, most booked through ****.Great selection of properties, all presented on line in a very fair and accurate manner.All are clean and well equipped.Love the **** method... pay your final ****, then get a complete starter package with all codes, passes and the like. Very easy and very well done every time.Very rarely have encountered a maintenance issue, always easy to arrange a prompt repair.Have already booked for 2023...

The place was very clean and the house was very beautifully decorated! Sea Pines is a great location to be in. Someone from their office called the day after we got there (on a Sunday!) to ask if everything was okay! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! We loved Hilton Head Island and will definitely be going back!
