Beacon is by far one of the best management companies I’ve dealt with in Atlanta. They actually manage at a granular level, looking out for the customer to save money, by using creative and aggressive methods to look out for the customer. We rely on their financial analysis spreadsheets and have used them for bank loan approvals.

I want to personally thank you for all the long hours that you have been putting at the Windsor. You are going above and beyond the regular office hours dealing with problems and our off-the-clock committee meetings. Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much I appreciate Kristina. I may not always like what she has to tell me, but Kristina has very good follow up and follow through skills. The business of reporting bad news to owners is not the most pleasant at times. Kristina handles herself in a professional manner never losing her cool. Property management is a stressful job. I truly believe she is an asset to the owners and the community.

My experience with Beacon Management has been extremely disappointing. They consistently demonstrate a lack of respect toward homeowners and often come across as unprofessional and rude. Recently, they introduced RMS in Loganville, GA, which has only added to the frustration. RMS appears to be unresponsive and lacks accountability. My wife and I have lived in several different condo communities in metro ATL over the years and thought we had already seen the absolute worst in property management companies… until we moved to our current home. Beacon finally came to fix a wall in my condo and in the process because of carelessly broke a piece of original art. They are not taking response for the damage to my personal property Is all very sad
