I would not recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise against using their services. Their work is unsatisfactory and leaves many questionable concerns. I would not even give them a one star rating if I did not have to!! We live in Kingston Park and every time we are supposed to have a meeting or anything that involves interaction from the home owners NO one can logon with the link they supply. They do this so they do not have to listen to all of the complaints from us, Horrible company!!

10 bad reviews in the last 4 weeks. Maybe the staff is over worked and underpaid. There is not a sense of professionalism or proactive problem solving. Maybe it's a deepr company issue. Obviously there's a fundamental issue with Beacon Management. Even a resident under Beacon has literally been arrested for murder. Do NOT Hire this company to management your community! They don't respond to work orders! If you have an issue, they will not answer your calls or respond to your emails. They are AWFUL!

It has taken 5 months to get Beacon to address a water leak that needs fixing in my condo. The floors have been damaged, along with the patio doors and hardwood floor. Mr. Coleman after 3 months finally arrange for an appraisal . He thinks he is doing a great job. There is no sense of urgency, this delay in preparing this leak continues to affect my unit.

Answer machine put me in hold 6 times nobody pick up the calls, need to know how connect the water service for the unit 2184 Oakland Grove, Pl, #95 , I was referred to company named Conservice water and them same back to HOA management company , this is regarding to the subdivision named Oakland Downs, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. it's very urgent , I'm one of the Real Estate Agents
