I had a bad experience with the company. Called and email many times and finally got a call from someone. The lady called me back was not helpful and friendly at all. I regretted to have Beacon Management handle my HOA
Terrible management! I am the owner of a community who transferred the management to beacon management last year. Recently, I got a latter from a hoa law firm stating that I have owed almost half a year HOA payments. It was a shock to me as I have never received any notice about the overdue payment before the attorney's letter. Let alone, the overdue payment charge is false! Management company consistently unresponsive, service orders rarely completed on time if at all, poor oversight and lacks ability to identify effective/innovative solutions to recurring problems. In addition to this survey, Beacon should conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation to further bring to light opportunities for grand scale improvement. As of today, it is not a company I would recommend to businesses or HOAs.
Beacon personnel need to read and learn HOA laws and the specific covenants of our community and start abiding by them, instead of trying to illegally operate a little dictatorship.
Hey beacon what about that beacon employed engineer that said the balconies at 1280 west was the owners responsibility. Hey folks did you know the engineer is an imposter. The owners paid 5000.00 for new balcony railings that should have been covered by insurance. Saw another comment on. Eaton’s in house engineering charging another associated for a project that was deemed by a second party to be done for $200,000.00. Check your books folks
Appreciate your help and want to tell you that Tammie is probably the best Property Manager that we’ve had since I have served on the board. She is professional and prompt. I truly appreciate her being assigned to our neighborhood!
