Beacon Management is the best we have had. They have done a better job than any other company we have worked with.
It has taken some time to see the improvements in our community because so much had gone unattended by the previous property management company. Thanks Beacon for all you have done up to now from mixing underground water pipes to power washing and painting to trimming the beautiful trees to collecting unpaid dues and following through with those who refuse to pay. Thank goodness our neighborhood has aquired Beacon Management Services!! Our neighborhood appearance/quality was steadily going downhill over the last 2 to 3 years, and Beacon has been very involved with our HOA board in making changes and formulating many plans of action for our community.
