"Scammed me to not cover warranty" So I purchased a new ram 1500 a few months ago. A week or two ago I noticed the paint chipping/bubbling. Pushed on it and found rust underneath. "Took our T&C van in with electrical issues. We were..." Took our T&C van in with electrical issues. We were told it was one specific problem..battery acid ate the wiring harness. After paying the 100$ diagnostic fee they wanted an additional $400 to find out how bad it was, and that would not be applied to parts and labor, nor could they give me an estimate for fixing it. Took it to my father in law to take a look at it. NO battery acid or corrosion found at all. What they told us was the problem was NOT the problem at all.... read more
