"Beware of Beaman Dodge" Purchased used vechicle and asked if it had been wrecked and was advised it had not. After a few days with the vechicle I started noticing signs of previous wreck. Finally found shattered glass under the seat Jason Delgado sales manager tells me to bring the truck back 6 hours one way for him to look at it. "Zero service after sale" Purchased 2018 Ram in Feb, have had numerous issues not taken care of. Even called Service Dept left message with no call returned. The sales process was not bad, but once you sign all bets are off. I have a long list but would take to much time and space. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that cares about customer service.
"just a phone call sold me" Went to my local dealership I bought from last time, Tried to talk to a sales person couldn't get anywhere, Called Beaman talked to Mickey Dolan made the deal over the phone drove to the dealership and drove off with a new vehicle ink a couple of hours, It was worth the extra few miles I drove no hassles no high pressure, I would call it more of a old-fashioned dealership which fits in for me.

"will NEVER return" This rating should be zero stars. Took my jeep to this dealership for the first time to have regular service. I have only ever had my jeep serviced at Jeep dealerships since purchasing in 2014. I had a service contract for oil changes that I purchased at the Nashville dealership but since moving to Shelbyville I wanted to go closer to home. "piss poor salesmanship " contacted this dealer multiple times in regards to purchasing a new or like new truck. Beaman would not negotiate on the price period and made no effort to help find a suitable truck within my 31k price range. so its Beamans way or the highway, thanks ill bring my 30k elsewhere!
"Wish I wouldn't had" I brought a used chevy cruze for theses guy, thought I was going to be great good deal, not to bad on milagesl! I was so happy... "Very underhanded dealership and salesman." I asked this dealership to bring a van from another Beaman dealer out of town in for me to look at as I was in the market for a new van for my family. They got the van down here and my wife and I went and looked at the van. We really liked the van and started negotiating on the price. "Scammed me to not cover warranty" So I purchased a new ram 1500 a few months ago. A week or two ago I noticed the paint chipping/bubbling. Pushed on it and found rust underneath. Later that week my back seat blooded from a manufacturer error with the trucks. When I brought my truck in to BEAMAN Chrysler dodge keep ram the body technician saw the spot.
