Recently purchased a 2019 Land Cruiser. They Did not cover a part they said they would. Did not cover a diagnostic fee on an issue that was present before I purchased vehicle. Little things, a couple hundred bucks. They lost a customer and will tell anyone that listens.
I always have a long wait and someone trying to push more services on me. They get the service that I ask for done, but it is overpriced and the employees are patronizing. I only come to Toyota for service and have been a loyal customer despite bad experiences
The electronic system was down - but I was never informed of this. Very little communication at all while my car was serviced (6+ hour. I never received a receipt (system was down) but also never had any follow up from any team member. When I came to pick up my car I was never greeted, felt ignored for almost 8 minutes. Finally the assistant manager checked me out (took my credit card) and gave me my keys. No suggestions or any information given on possible work in future. It was disappointing
Horrible. I had a 4:00 pm appointment for an oil change and I was still there past 6:30 pm. I wouldn't have given a star

The actual service was fine, but they are SLOW! I had an appointment for simple serving. I waited fo 2 1/2 hours.
Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would b ready in 1 hour 30 minutes. Was there 3 hours and 15 minutes with no updates on the delay. Then had to wait another 15 minutes because they forgot to do complimentary car wash I requested.
Waiting to much time and then offer you complimentary oil change service,have engine maintenance sign on panel, they tell me to pay 150 for diagnostic to find out why! If I go to auto zone it will be free! Shane on you
I had scheduled an appointment for service, and was told that I could not be seen, despite scheduling an appointment. I was told that I could drop my car off for service on the following Monday at 6am, and it would be taken care of. I was okay with this, and had returned as instructed. My car was dropped off promptly at 6am and was not serviced at all, with poor communication. I reached out multiple times via text (as the associate said that this was fine), with no response. We have already related this information once, but when you make a 6:20 a.m. appointment, you're hopeful you'll be close to the top of the line. I know we have to allow for the mechanics to go to the foodtruck for breakfast, but written on our sheet was to 'check left blinkers' which weren't checked in fact when the car was ready (at almost 9:30 for a routine checkup) and that took another 45 minutes. Ridiculous amount of time spent here.
