Great service as always. Ready on time
I had agreed to a deal before taking a drive to this dealer and they did not try to change anything
I had a wonderful experience. I got what I wanted, when I wanted it. Right then! haha. The team was great, they stayed after hours, 10pm on a Saturday, and even drove the car home for me, since I didn't do a trade in.
No issues except the part was not the right size. will have to return
Pros- detail work was good as far as I can tell Cons- took over 3 weeks, not informed on the status of my vehicle through the process, didn't call me back a couple times when messages were left about the status of my car, and my car was filthy dirty when I picked it up- dirt and dust all over it, they could have at least washed it and cleaned it up before giving it back to me which was quite disappointing!!!
Service wasnok When they asked to wash the car looked like somone literally dumped dirty hard water on the car. Horrible. Looked worse after than it did before
I liked that the Service Advisor Bahzat kept me informed regarding repairs. However, I think Beaman is price gouging. I realize the dealer is ALWLAYS more expensive however this is excessive. Also I have read some of your reviews regarding work not being properly performed. For the moment I will continue to have Beaman my vehicle, however I will not purchase another one from Beaman. Other Toyota dealers are little less expensive. Especially in Kentucky.
They try to upsale every possible service. I'm on my 30,000 mile service and I've never walked out of there under $400.00. I'll be looking for a qualified Toyota mechanic instead of using the dealership.
Barely had I gotten my foot out of the car before they were trying to sell me all kinds of expensive recommended maintenance. Yet somehow, all the little things were overlooked. They even noted that my cabin air filter was "just fine." I knew that wasn't true, so when I got home, I checked it myselfand, as expected, it was absolutely filthy.
