Horrible Rip off . Went in for battery replacement under warranty and was charged over $800 when all I needed was a replacement battery under warranty . Total Rip OFF
*UPDATE* 3/13/26: Still no actual contact from Beaman other than an automated email wanting feedback on other platforms like Facebook, this review is also on there. Yesterday I had a mobile mechanic (J&B Mobile Mechanics) come out and look at my Tacoma, they showed up about two hours after I called and were in the parking lot of my job for a total of 20 minutes after a short test drive and told me everything that was wrong. I brought my car in because I could hear the same noise when they finally fixed my wheel bearing the first time (it took me 3x to finally get someone who could hear the sound and fix it . Welp I brought the car in 2x before my warranty was up and again no one could get the sound to mimic but soon as I get in the car I can !
If you are buying a used car, they provide little to no information about the vehicle and if you don't take their service plan you are non-existent to them.
Had to bring my car back twice because the check stability light immediately came back on time I hit a little bump in road driving on the interstate.
I was sold a used 2017 Prius first saying that it's in a good shape... but just driving it 200 miles led to the complete halt on the middle of the road with a dash full of errors... I had to pay out of pocket to tow it. I lost all the taxes, doc fees etc... on that car when I wanted to return the old car get a new 2026 Camry and had to pay these charges again. the sales manager made it seem like they are doing me a favor, but I was tired and in no mood to argue with these people. I went in with a new car for a tire rotation and they lost my wheel cover and refused to replace it. I understand everyone makes mistakes but refusing to fix the mistake is inexcusable.
I will give a 0 star rating because nothing was fixed, I spent 500 dollars and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen in any business
I do not know how they sell a car and do not check its respective maintenance, 4k in main in 3 mont of used!
