During Covid, Beaman Toyota added $5,000 market adjustment to all new vehicles. By the time I purchased my car in 2024, they replaced it with an additional $1,500 fee for nano-coating on new vehicles. I didn't ask for it, and I didn't want it. It got added to MSRP as my final purchase price, just for them to enhance profits a bit more. Wondering why car dealerships have such poor reputation
Process took too long. 5 hours. Financial rep was pushy even though I said I did not want the warranty he was trying to sell me. I said no 2x, then he dropped the price in half & said he was "basically giving it to me." No, you were clearly over selling it for 2k more the first time, and now it's still 2k and that's not "giving it to me." I said no 6x total. He was disrespectful. They also ordered me a In God We Trust license plate that I didn't ask for. Poor communication. Salesman was good
Had to come back in for the tires, both appointments took over 8 hrs
I took it in before a trip to make sure everything was good before a cross country drive. I found out they upsold me to get new brake pads when I didn't need it. Then my car was shaking with breaking on the interstate. I had to take it to my local trusted mechanic after so I could travel safely with my car. They are untrustworthy and not reliable. Don't recommend.

Just wished when you asked someone for the best price. Just give me the best price that you can and on trade. Or even call me back would be great.
Spent 3 hours waiting for a tire rotation. On carfax they said they completed more work on the vehicle than they actually did. The oil was not changed or the filter like they said they did.
the rep was great, but charging me $200 to plug into a computer to diagnose that I had a gas cap seal issue is excessive and not cool. Shop fees on top of that are even worse.
