The experience was really nice. The staff was really helpful and well educated and provided appropriate recommendations. The facility had free food and snacks and even a massage chair which I appreciated while waiting.
What I really liked was Eli Hernandez and his manager. My wife brought our car in for scheduled service after we bought it. Twice she complained of a rattle located in the passenger rear door. It was never fixed. When I brought the car in for the front bumper recall I raised the issue with Eli. He researched the issue and found no record of the issue on past service records. He discussed the issue with his manager and they agreed to repair the cause. That rates as excellent customer service to me.
