Service on the recall was great and prompt with a free loaner vehicle. However when I picked up my truck, someone with strong cologne or perfume had been in my truck and the smell lingered. I have a perfume allergy and had to drive home.woth it cold outside with the window down. It gave me a headache that afternoon.
I liked everything and the service people were great! What I don't like is that this is the fourth survey I've taken for that one visit. Feeling harassed and taken advantage of my time.
I brought my Prius in because the low tire light was on. The tires were checked and aligned, and it was determined that the light was on due to the cold weather we had been having. However a few days later, my tire was completely flat due to a screw in it. I'm surprised the screw was found during the inspection.
