Salesman was very responsive and texted me within minutes of my request for information. We drove up the next day (2 hours from home) to look at a truck. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not in as good condition as the pictures suggested online. However, our salesman was very nice and didn't waste our time once we decided against it. Beware, this dealership, though it is quite large and impressive, is in the heart of Nashville and there were homeless folks wandering all around the lot and adjacent businesses.
My experience was great from meeting the representative at the entrance too the end picking up my vehicle. The person assigned to me was positive, friendly and knowledgeable. What a pleasant experience. Car was fixed the first time!!
