Dustin from Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions came to inspect our leaking 10-year-old water heater. He answered all our questions and offered several solutions. Once we made our choice, he returned the next day and installed our new tankless system, plus took away our old water heater. Tim Straub (salesman) arrived at my home to evaluate my water and suggest options. He was knowledgeable, low pressure, and provided what I thought was a reasonable price quote. I hired Beauchamps and paid in full on the spot! On the day of the install, Carter arrived on time, and with a great attitude. Sadly, he was injured after only about 5 minutes.
