Dustin from Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions came to inspect our leaking 10-year-old water heater. He answered all our questions and offered several solutions. Once we made our choice, he returned the next day and installed our new tankless system, plus took away our old water heater. We appreciated the clear choices we were offered, and Beauchamps stood behind their installation work with a follow-up visit to be sure everything was running properly. Tim Straub (salesman) arrived at my home to evaluate my water and suggest options. He was knowledgeable, low pressure, and provided what I thought was a reasonable price quote. I hired Beauchamps and paid in full on the spot! On the day of the install, Carter arrived on time, and with a great attitude. Sadly, he was injured after only about 5 minutes. He was removing equipment from his van and something went wrong. A very painful injury was the result. He called a supervisor, and 20 minutes later the supervisor showed up. He... read more
