I found the perfect couch in the clearance room upstairs. I've had it for a few months and still love it. The quality is better then all the furniture stores I was shopping around. The staff were friendly and dos a fast great job loading it up.

My latest experience at Becker Furniture in Burnsville was great! My wife and I had gone back to their store to exchange some tables and a recliner. We asked to speak to Brenda who was our salesperson the previous trip. She was busy but one of the managers (Nick) came right over and asked if he could help us. We told him that we no longer needed the table set we had purchased and we also weren't happy with the recliner we bought. this store has everything. If you can't find what you want, they can special order it for you. I like modern furniture which is tough to find at most stores. Becker Furniture has a few pieces on the floor and tons more available through catalogs. I special ordered a couch from them & had a great experience. The sales rep, Wade L. was friendly & knowledgable. The store was extremely busy but he made me feel like I was the only person there. Their appliance prices are good and the furniture selection is huge. Their furniture prices are no higher than any other store I've been to. I had a friendly and helpful salesperson. I've been to many stores where there is someone bugging me everytime I turn around and this was a much better experience. If you go to Becker wear comfortable shoes because the place is enormous.

follow up on my order...bryan from the service department called and really helped us get the china cabinet 2 days after it was supposed to comed AND ALSO GOT US FREE DELIVERY!!! The cabinet was 50% off (came with a small scratch on the inside) but the costumer service really shined through! just make sure you be specific with the delivery window when you order the item...but for twincites this place has great prices!!!

I was having several guests up to my cabin and realized very last minute that one of the mattresses in the cabin needed to be replaced. I remembered that Becker Furniture World also sells mattresses so I gave them a call. Not only did the salesman, Paul keep in great communication with me throughout the day, he made it possible for my new mattress to be delivered NEXT day so that I had it at my cabin before my guests arrived. Terrible, terrible, terrible product and costumer service. I am beyond frustrated and appalled at the lack of customer care and addressing/fixing problems. I bought a recliner from the Becker store last Christmas and after 8-9 short months it is completely falling apart. From the back of the recliner coming loose, to clunking sounds when rocking, and springs popping out of the cushion and cutting our skin.
