Great customer service from Wade. The two guys that delivered were slightly ahead of the delivery time and was very much appreciated.

I ordered a floor rug to be delivered with a pad. They were to be rolled together. The rug came which was 5 ' 3" by 7'6". No pad sent. Then after several calls the pad came--5 X 8. Obviously it was the wrong size and I paid extra to have it custom cut. Still trying to resolve this. The staff continue to give me the run around. Custom order with no refund shouldn't mean they can deliver whatever they want when the mistake was theirs.
Cheap furniture at high prices. I had over $7,000 worth of furniture delivered on a Tuesday and by Saturday it was falling apart and the fabric was coming off the couch. Never again! Plus when I called the customer hotline, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. That must mean that they have HUGE problems with the crap that they sell. Then when I called back and dialed zero and actually talked to a person, they said that they would have to call me back. Stay away from them at all costs.
I would run very fast from Becker Furniture World if you are thinking of purchasing there. They are horrible. I ordered several pieces of furniture in January 2013 and it is March now and I have received more headaches than furniture. When my first delivery came several pieces were missing (end table but no coffee table, chairs and no table). And the expensive dining room table literally fell apart when they were putting it together and 90% of the dining room chairs were wobbly. When we asked why they didn't check these firs... read more
