My husband stayed for a weeks respite: 5 * care, came back 6to me happy & content. Eating more than he did when he went int. Remained in routine with his care as requested by myself. His room was beautifully set out & staff we happy to rearrange as requested. All staff I met were polite, courteous and highly professional.

All the staff are fantastic, compassionate, caring and care both for the resident and their families/friends. My wife has been a resident for 14 months and I couldn't have wished for better care of her. On her sad passing this month the staff were excellent, she passed with dignity, painfree and peacefully. Myself & Daughter were also looked after so well by all the staff, making this sad time more bearable.

From the time of arrival until checking out, the staff and management were so perfect and kind. Not faults at all. Food was very good.

My dad was treated very well by all staff at the home, with kindness and dignity, sometimes in very challenging circumstances, they had a lot of patience with him and allowed him to do his own thing, but making sure he was safe and all others were safe also.

Dad received exceptional care during his short time at Beech Lodge, everyone was so attentive and caring - a real family atmosphere - they genuinely want what's best for dad and all of us. From the start, everything was so efficient and well run. Thank you!

I can't thank all the staff at Beech House enough for everything they did for my dad. They took him to their hearts and showed him genuine love + affection. My only regret is that sadly his stay with them was all too short. Nothing ever seemed to be too much and my dad's well being was always top priority. There is a real sense of family at Beech Lodge that run through all the staff. They are wonderful. Thank you for looking after dad so well in his final weeks and for looking after me too.

The staff were very caring and gentle to my wife, they tried very hard to keep her happy and cheerful. Also the they were very respectful towards me when visiting and made me feel very welcome.
