This company is owned and ran by the devil its a absolute nightmare to work for I got bullied everything shift I informed the management of my home and nothing was done about it the bullying continued the care is absolute terrible residents aren't safe chemical cupboards are often found with keys in them and in my home care got so bad lots of residents lost lots of wight and got sick fire doors wedge opened and the actual construction of the the buildings aren't cared and most homes need refurbishment most of the management ... read more
