The staff were very caring and gentle to my wife, they tried very hard to keep her happy and cheerful. Also the they were very respectful towards me when visiting and made me feel very welcome.

My mother passed away on 18th December. Everyone treated her passing with tremendous dignity. They also looked after me so well, which is why I am here on Christmas Day to bring the staff some goodies.

I cannot thank you all enough for the way my mum was cared for in a loving and happy home. She had some challenging times but also many happy times, when my mum passed you were all so helpful and accommodating. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My husband, eldest son and partner have travelled from Canada and Edinburgh to visit my sister for three days. We are all impressed with the care given to my sister, I know that when we leave to go home, we will feel assured, as always, that my sister will receive continued, excellent care. Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home is always a warm and welcoming place. The staff couldn't be kinder. My mum was comfortable, clean and is always very well looked after. Everyone knows my mum and what she likes and her history, the staff take the time with her. They also take the time with us relatives and although they must be busy, they always have the time to answer questions. I take great comfort knowing my mum is so well looked after and in such a caring environment.
