Beware of Bel Furniture, the employees are VERY RUDE, especially Fatima At the Clear Lake location and Sabath at The corporate, however her name is spelled. I cannot believe a store as big as Bel would allow their staff to be so rude. From what I understand they don't want to pay professional staff and hire these rude teenagers. Do not, I repeat DO NOT, shop at bel furniture. Nick at their Webster location is a thief and a liar. The president of the company has ignored my messages via email and linkedin. Let me give you some background on why you should STAY AWAY from this store. My girlfriend and I went there to purchase furniture. We bought a couch that was overpriced but at the time they were guaranteeing satisfaction. I do not recommend buying from this place. We have had my sons bed for 2 months now and within the 1st month one of my railings broke and in my sons mattress the wood in it broke causing a big dip! Took us the whole 2nd month just to finally get people to come out. When they came out they replaced my mattress and brought not only the wrong rail piece but it was also the wrong color! Booooooooooooooo the worst customer service ever, management was terrible and horribly rude to my mother and law. Me and my wife were looking for a new bedroom set, they kept offering us free this and free that just to turn around to tell us that they were sold out. When we finally did find something we were excited about all of the offers just seemed to disappear, my advice go to rooms to go friendly staff and comparable pricing. Ordered a dining set and was told I could either pick it up in Katy (an hour and a half drive) or wait 2 weeks and pay 90 dollars for delivery. We decided to pick it up. When we finally got it home and assembled it, 3 of the 4 chairs were unusable. 2 of the chairs had substantially different length legs so they rocked 2 to 3 inches in either direction when sat in, and the other chair just refused to screw together like it was stripped. I wish I read the reviews before I went to Bel Furniture. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life in regards to making a purchase. I spent over $3,000 on a new couch and entertainment center. The sales person was nice, however the manger Edward has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen from a manager. Never order from Bel Furniture. The prices might be great but It is a pain to get your furniture. I waited over a month for my furniture. I ordered it on Martin Luther King Day. I have tried to pick it up 3 times in February. Finally was able to pick it up and they had the order wrong. We ordered two sets of bunk beds and they only added two mattresses. Buyer Beware ! Their warranty is a scam, they will not honor it and you will never get to speak to a manager. They have yet to return any of my calls about my broken bed that is under warranty. I ended up taking it to the westpark warehouse myself and Rafaela was rude and has yet to call about getting it replaced like she said she would that day.
