rude & pushy! i was interested in a sectional,so i went home to think about it, then i looked it up online to show my boyfriend and sister. WELL. it was listed for $250 cheaper online than the store had it priced. of course i called & the man i spoke to said he would not honor the online price because "online they do things different". to sum it up, i took my money to the furniture store down the road and bought a sectional and recliner from someone else!
We got a bed frame and a couch set in march. We should have known something bad was going to happen ,When we were told that our stuff was going to be there on one date and than when that day came and went I called and they told me no it would be 2 weeks later. I missed work for that date and was upset. They had someone call and refund the shipping total. Than not even 90 days later the bed breaks and fell on my 6 month old son. Bad manager.. I bought a table and a warranty. Called to use the warranty within 2 monthes. Denied.. called manager I asked to get my money back because they told me the warrant could be used, I wanted my money back. the manager told me " We ar not a bank that you can make a withdraw. Refused to give my money back.. i didn't use it I sould be able to get my money back. Will not ever shop in BEL's again. He kept putting the sales lady on the couldn't do anything. We ordered furniture at Bel Furniture on March 3, 2012 and were told that it would be here in 3 weeks. Three weeks later, no furniture. Then we were told 5 weeks, 5 weeks later .. no furniture. We were told that it came in but they gave it to someone else. We paid cash for our furniture and we didn't even get a phone call. They SAY ANYTHING TO SELL THEIR JUNK and then, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR FURNITURE ONCE YOU BUY IT, they do NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. THE LEGS BROKE OFF OF OUR COUCH we had insurance but they said, it didn't matter. Then they give us the runaround. for days and day and avoided our calls. They were RUDE and didn't give any options, their attitude was we got your money and WE DON'T CARE!!! I wish I had never gone there! GO anywhere but there. they have ruined my our christmas
